Glorification of Visnu's Greatness - Verse 63-65

Devas said : “We do not know the (extent of the) power of $anda and Amarka on Asuras. Hence, what is conducive to our welfare must be done by preparing for a Yajna. After knowing about and capturing those two, we will defeat Asuras”. Devas then invited both Sanda and Amarka and said, “We shall invite you for the Yajfia. O Brahmanas, forsake Asuras. After defeating them we will make you receive a share”.
