The highly powerful Devas who had passed away in the Svarocisa Manvantara assumed the name of Tusitas in the Caksusa Manvantara and spoke to one another. When the duration of Svarocisa Manvantara remained but little, the Tusita Devas conferred with one another—“We shall enter the blessed Sadhyas and be born in the Manvantara. That will be conducive to our welfare”.
