The Divine Rivers - Verse 13-15

The eastern branch of the river flows over the Mandara which is the abode of Devas and all the groups of Siddhas, which has many rivulets, caves, golden and variegated lands, ridges. It flows with the crystal clear water that subdues the arrogance and valour of the side-bunds. It flows round the beautiful Caitraratha overflowing the path. This river of the firmament then enters the excellent lake Arunoda (Kara Kul, NE Pamirs) .
