Manvantaras - Verse 80-81

Just as a (captured) lion or an elephant becomes powerless and tamed by disciplining and lapse of time, similarly by placing the mind with the Manda (slow) type of Prandyama, it comes under control. Similarly the wind (life-breath) lives by being placed under mind-god ( ?) .
