While he meditated, the subjects appeared before him for creation. In the order of the Manvantaras, they are considered the first or the last. They are imbued with the knowledge of discrimination, adjuncts and topics. Endowed with efficient and inefficient activities, they are restrained by the residue of the fruit of their actions.
