Transition between two Tugas (Ages) - Verse 7-8

When the previous Kalpa recedes there is a period of transition. Another Kalpa sets in again and again fiom Jana* lota. This happens again and again when the period of transition ends, the Kalpas are cut off from each other. At the end of a Kalpa, all the rites are completely annihilated. Hence it is called the period of transition between one Kalpa and another.
