Be victorious, O great Visnu! We seek this boon from you. Even in the world of men, you alone are worshipped by all and none of us is worshipped by any. The mo'on, the sun, Vasus, Sadhyas, Visvedevas, Asvins, Maruts, fire—all these have sought shelter in you. O embodiment of all beings, please make us venerable for men.
