May that sun approach our town with hymns and praise; may he speak to Mitra, to Varuṇa, to Anāgasa, Aryaman and Agni on our behalf.
Rise up before us, Sūrya, with your glorious white horses; declare us free from sin to Mitra, Varuṇa,Aryaman, and Agni.
So hast thou mounted up before us, Surya, through these our praises, with fleet dappled horses. Declare us free from all offence to Mitra, and Varuna, and Aryaman, and Agni.
