He who goes everywhere, the Omniscient One. He who shines forth in unmodified effulgence, He whose troops are everywhere. He who is coveted by all, He who is the Veda, He who is conversant with the Veda, Ho who is conversant with all the branches of the Veda. He who represents the branches of the Veda. He who settles the interpretations of the Vedas. He who has no superior in wisdom; (123-132)
