Sūta said: Gautamī, Kauśikī, Āryā, Caṇḍī, Kātyāyinī, Satī, Kumārī, Yādavī, Varadā, Kṛṣṇapiṅgalā, Bahirdhvajā or Barhirdhvajā, Śūladharā, Paramā, Brahmacāriṇī, Mahendropendrabhāginī, Dṛṣadvatī, Ekaśūladhṛk, Aparājitā, Bahubhujā, Pragalbhā, Siṃhavāhinī, the slayer of the Daityas such as Śumbha and others, the suppressor of the great demon Mahiṣa, Amoghā, Vindhyanilayā, Vikrāntā and Gaṇanāyikā. These are the various names of the goddess in order.
