एतत्सूक्ष्ममचिन्त्यं च पश्यन्ति ज्ञ3नचक्षुषः। तस्मै देवाधिदेवाय नमस्कारं प्रकुर्महे। महादेव नमस्ते ऽस्तु महेश्वर नमो ऽस्तु ते।।
etatsūkṣmamacintyaṃ ca paśyanti jña3nacakṣuṣaḥ| tasmai devādhidevāya namaskāraṃ prakurmahe| mahādeva namaste 'stu maheśvara namo 'stu te||
