They should strictly refrain from taking Paan - Tambul (betel leaves), Afirna (opium), Tamaku (tobacco) as well as other drugs or intoxicating substances (Majam Vigere Madak Vastu). Such things are addictive, injurious to health and deteriorate the mind. You eat it - it eats you!
